a customer has to send a video clip of the damaged goods since opening a package to us first (only pictures are unacceptable). in these cases, a customer has to send us back the item within 3 days since the receiving date. the product has to be tag tied, unworn and unwashed, and the sanitary pad must not be pulled out. the charges will be responsible by us.

โดยมี video clip ตั้งแต่แกะถุงไปรษณีย์ประกอบ (ไม่ใช่แค่รูปภาพ) ในกรณีนี้ลูกค้าสามารถส่งคืนมาได้ภายใน 3 วันหลังจากได้รับสินค้า โดยไม่ได้ดึงป้ายสินค้าออก ไม่ซักหรือผ่านการใช้งาน และสำหรับชุดว่ายน้ำ แผ่นอนามัยที่แปะบริเวณเป้ายังไม่ถูกดึงออก และทางร้านจะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าส่งกลับมาเองค่า

if a customer wishes to make an exchange, there will be 100thb service fee + delivery charge. so please make sure you measure your size correctly before making a purchase.
